Journey Maps

I've worked on a current journey map and future journey map for Winging-it Willliam.

 In his current journey, he encounters many pain points and struggles throughout his day relating to adulthood, like worrying about finding a job, his CV and cover letter, taxes, tax returns, budgeting etc.

In his future journey his painpoints are improved as he goes through my touchpoints from finding a relatable add on the facebook page, downloading the app, signing up for a workshop, going to the worlshop and leaving feeling much more prepared and confident about adulthood.
